One smoked and one served on a crispy chicken skin with thyme foam on top. You can't even imagine how good this was! |
Marinated shark deep fried with garlic aioli. The shark is raised not wild caught and this is upscale for sure! |

Served with a chili that was dehydrated into a chip! I loved these chips! I want them now! Of course the meat just melted in my mouth. Husband had to finish it for me tho! Getting so full at this point. |
This was a coffee & rum drink being prepared. They fire it up and let it burn for almost 20 minutes! |
